PROTECTING YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION IS OUR PRIORITY. THIS PRIVACY POLICY APPLIES TO WWW.MONEYMAN4BUSINESS.COM AND MONEY MAN 4 BUSINESS (“MM4B,” “WE,” “US,” OR “OUR”) AND GOVERNS DATA COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE. BY USING THE MM4B WEBSITE AND/OR SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION, YOU CONSENT TO THE DATA PRACTICES DESCRIBED IN THIS STATEMENT. MM4B OPERATES AS AN INDEPENDENT SALES ORGANIZATION. WE ARE NOT A LENDER. WE SERVE AS A CONSULTANT AND ADVOCATE FOR BUSINESS OWNERS SEEKING FUNDING SOLUTIONS THROUGH OUR NETWORK OF PRIVATE AND GOVERNMENT-BACKED LENDING PROGRAMS.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personally identifiable and business information including, but not limited to: Business legal name, DBA, Federal EIN, entity type, state of incorporation, address, phone numbers, fax, email, industry type, annual sales, business start date, owner Social Security Number, date of birth, home address, digital signatures, and financial documents submitted for underwriting and prequalification.

2. Power of Attorney & Use of Information

By submitting an application, you grant MM4B a limited Power of Attorney to use your documents and information solely to: (a) submit applications to third-party lenders and government-backed programs; (b) conduct pre-qualification assessments; and (c) secure approvals, pre-approvals, and funding offers on your behalf. Pre-qualification results are strictly confidential and shared only between MM4B and the client; third parties are expressly excluded from pre-qualification data. MM4B does not guarantee any loan terms, rates, or approval outcomes.

3. Sharing Information with Third Parties

MM4B does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. MM4B may contact you on behalf of external business partners about offerings of interest; in such cases, your personally identifiable information is not transferred to the third party.

MM4B may share data with trusted partners solely to perform services such as statistical analysis, communications, customer support, or service delivery. All third parties are bound by strict confidentiality obligations and are prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.

MM4B may disclose your personal information without prior notice if required by law, or in good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) comply with legal process served on MM4B or the Site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of MM4B; and/or (c) protect the personal safety of users or the public.

4. SBA Loan Disclosures

SBA Form 159- 7(a) & 504 Programs: Required for all 7(a) and 504 loan applications. Discloses all agent fees paid to MM4B. Must be signed by MM4B (Agent), the Applicant, and the SBA Lender. Submitted digitally by the SBA Lender via the SBA’s CAFS portal.

SBA Form 159D – EIDL / Disaster Loans: Required only when MM4B’s compensation exceeds $2,500 for business disaster loans (or $500 for home disaster loans). EIDL loans are directly funded by the U.S. federal government. May be submitted via the MySBA Loan Portal.

• The following disclosures apply to all SBA programs:
• You are NOT required to employ MM4B or any agent to prepare or submit an SBA loan application.
• Fees are only charged for services actually rendered and must bear a reasonable relationship to services provided.
• Fees cannot be contingent on loan approval.
• MM4B does not charge both the applicant and the lender for the same service.
• MM4B does not guarantee SBA approvals. All final decisions rest with the SBA and/or the participating lender.
• Governing Law: All disputes under MM4B’s engagement agreements are governed by Texas law and subject to arbitration in Harris County, Houston, Texas.

5. Communications & Contact Permissions

By submitting an application or pre-qualification ticket, you expressly consent to being contacted by MM4B and/or its authorized representatives via telephone (manual and automatic dialing systems), SMS/text messages, fax, email, and robotic/automated messaging systems. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by emailing cash@moneyman4business.com. Opting out does not affect transactional or service-related communications required to fulfill your application.

6. Tracking, Cookies & Automatically Collected Information

MM4B may track websites and pages visited within our Site to determine popular services and deliver customized content. We also automatically collect technical data including your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used solely for service operation and quality maintenance.

The MM4B website uses “cookies” to personalize your experience. Cookies cannot run programs or deliver viruses. You may decline cookies via your browser settings, though this may limit certain Site functionality.

7. Security of Your Information

MM4B is committed to securing your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We employ the following security measures:

• SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Protocol encryption for all data transmissions;
• Encrypted storage of sensitive personal and business data;
• Restricted access controls ensuring only authorized personnel can access client documents;
• Compliance with all applicable federal and state protocols for protection of confidential information, including documents submitted under the Power of Attorney;
• While we take every reasonable precaution, no Internet transmission is 100% secure. Client documents submitted to MM4B are treated with strict confidentiality throughout the engagement.

8. Document Integrity & Fraud Prevention

M4B maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent documentation. By submitting documents, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and not fabricated, altered, or otherwise fraudulent. Submission of false or misleading documents in connection with an SBA loan application may constitute a federal offense under 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and other applicable statutes. MM4B reserves the right to terminate any engagement and report suspected fraud to the appropriate authorities.

9. Non-Compete & Confidentiality

A 36-month non-compete and non-solicitation clause survives termination of any engagement, commencing from the effective date of the Engagement Agreement. Clients who cancel their engagement remain obligated to compensate MM4B if they subsequently obtain funding through any lender to which MM4B submitted an application during the engagement period. All pre-qualification assessments, analysis, and projections are strictly confidential and may not be shared with third parties without MM4B’s written consent.

10. Children Under Eighteen

MM4B does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of eighteen. Persons under eighteen must obtain parental or guardian permission before using this website.

11. Changes to This Policy

MM4B reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via: (a) email to your registered address; (b) a prominent notice on the Site; and/or (c) an update to this page. Continued use of the Site after modifications constitutes your acknowledgment of and agreement to be bound by the revised Policy.
