- Prequalification assessments where we estimate potential rates and terms based on your profile, prior to any formal engagement.
- Referral and intermediary services connecting you with third-party lenders best suited to your needs.
For all services, we operate as your advocate, striving to find the most affordable and suitable funding program based on the information you provide. However, final loan decisions, terms, and conditions are made solely by the lender; we do not control or guarantee those outcomes.
- Your Consent to Communications

- Phone calls (live and pre-recorded)
- Fax
- SMS/Text messages
- Ringless voicemail messages
- Robotic or automatic dialling systems
You may opt out of any communication method at any time by calling 281-763-2294 ext. 0 or by emailing cash@moneyman4business.com. MM4B may require you to confirm your opt-out request in writing or by email. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect our ability to contact you regarding active service engagements.
Cookies & Tracking: The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience, analyze usage, and deliver customized content. By using the Site, you consent to such tracking as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Prequalification and Formal Engagements
Prequalification
When you submit a prequalification form or initial inquiry, we may provide estimates of potential interest rates, fees, and loan terms. These estimates are projections based on historical data and the information you provide. They are not final offers, nor do they bind MM4B or any lender. The prequalification process and all information exchanged during it are kept strictly confidential between MM4B and the client/merchant.
Formal Engagement Agreements
If you decide to proceed after prequalification, you will be asked to sign a separate written Engagement Agreement (delivered and executed via a third-party electronic signing platform such as Adobe Sign). That agreement will clearly state:
- Our fee – a percentage of the funded amount or a minimum flat fee, whichever is greater. The minimum fee may vary based on the scope of work assessed during prequalification (e.g., $12,500; $16,000; $20,000 or other amounts as agreed).
- The specific lender or program being pursued.
- Payment authorization (ACH debit) to pay our fee within 24 hours of loan funding.
- The 36-month non-circumvention (lender protection) period.
Engagement Agreements are incorporated by reference into these Terms. By signing any Engagement Agreement, you reaffirm your acceptance of these Terms. MM4B may require you to sign a new Engagement Agreement if a new lender or program is identified; the original Engagement Agreement and its lender protection obligations remain in full force.
For SBA loans (7(a), 504, or EIDL), MM4B will also complete and submit the required SBA Form 159D (Fee Disclosure and Compensation Agreement). All SBA fee arrangements comply with 13 C.F.R. Part 103 and SBA Standard Operating Procedures.
- Authorization to Use Your Information
When you submit an application, financial documents, or any other information to MM4B, you grant MM4B a limited power of attorney and full authorization to:
- Use that information to evaluate your funding prospects (prequalification).
- Share your information and documents with third-party lenders, underwriters, and their affiliates as necessary to secure loan offers, pre-approvals, or final approvals.
- Pull your personal and business credit reports, and verify information with creditors, financial institutions, and government agencies.
This authorization remains in effect for the duration of your engagement and throughout the 36-month non-circumvention period described below. You confirm that all information and documents you provide are true, accurate, and complete. If you knowingly submit fraudulent, false, or misleading information and a loan is denied or delayed as a result, you remain fully liable for MM4B’s fee as set forth in your Engagement Agreement.
Certain services offered through the Site may be delivered by third-party partners. By using such services, you consent to MM4B sharing necessary information with those third parties to fulfil your request, subject to our Privacy Policy.
- Confidentiality and Data Security
MM4B takes the protection of your personal and business information seriously. We implement industry-standard security measures, including Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption and all protocols required by applicable federal and state law, to safeguard your documents and data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
We treat your information as confidential and will not sell, rent, or lease it to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your information only:
- With lenders and service providers necessary to complete your funding or service request;
- As required by law or legal process; or
- With your prior written consent.
While we strive to protect all information, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. By using the Site, you acknowledge that inherent risks exist beyond our control.
- Non-Circumvention and 36-Month Lender Protection
Protected Period
Once MM4B introduces you to a lender or submits your application to a lender, MM4B and moneyman4business.com are collectively “protected” for a period of thirty-six (36) months. This protection extends beyond the directly introduced lender and applies to any lender that may be affiliated with, associated with, or related to that lender, as lenders frequently operate through networks of affiliated entities. The protection period begins on the effective date of your Engagement Agreement and continues until thirty-six (36) months after the date of termination of that agreement.
Obligation
During the protected period, you may not contact or work directly with that same lender to obtain any funding product, line of credit, or financial accommodation without MM4B’s involvement. If you do, you remain obligated to pay MM4B the full fee that would have been due under your Engagement Agreement for any resulting transaction.
Survival After Cancellation
You may cancel MM4B’s consulting services at any time with written notice. However, cancellation does not cancel the 36-month lender protection. The non-circumvention obligation and fee liability survive termination of any Engagement Agreement and these Terms. If you sign a new Engagement Agreement for a different lender or program, the original lender protection period under the first agreement remains in full force.
- SBA Loan-Specific Terms (Including EIDL)
SBA Fee Disclosure – Form 159D
For SBA 7(a), 504, and Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL), MM4B complies with SBA Agent requirements. A completed SBA Form 159D detailing our compensation will be provided to you and filed with SBA. SBA does not require you to use an agent and does not pay MM4B’s fee. You are directly responsible for MM4B’s fee unless the lender includes it in the loan disbursement. This requirement applies to all 7(a), 504, and EIDL disaster loan engagements.
EIDL Flat Fee Services
For SBA EIDL application, reconsideration, or appeal assistance, MM4B charges a flat base fee of $2,500 per submission. This includes:
- Submission of the EIDL application (new, reconsideration, or appeal).
- Completion of SBA Form 2202 (Schedule of Liabilities), IRS Form 4506-T, and SBA Form 3502.
- Review of supporting documents to be submitted to the SBA.
Additional services not covered by the base fee (e.g., narrative letters, resolutions, entity research with local/state/federal agencies, legal document review, or other custom workflow tasks) are billed at $300.00 per hour, calculated to the nearest tenth of an hour. Total compensation equals the base fee plus any applicable hourly charges.
Payment Timing- EIDL
All EIDL fees (base and hourly) are due within 24 hours of the SBA depositing funds into your business bank account. MM4B will generate an invoice and, pursuant to your prior ACH authorization, debit the total amount from the bank account you provided. Any unpaid invoice accrues a late fee of 18% annually of the outstanding balance (1.5% per month). You may terminate MM4B’s services at any time, but the base fee and all hourly fees earned up to the point of termination are immediately due and payable.
Misrepresentation
If you misrepresent any information in connection with an SBA loan application and the application is denied or funding is delayed as a result, you remain liable for MM4B’s full fee (base and all earned hourly charges).
SBA Burden Statement
The estimated burden to complete SBA Form 159D is 5 minutes per response. Comments regarding burden estimates should be directed to: U.S. Small Business Administration, Chief, Administrative Information Branch, Washington, D.C. 20416, and the Desk Officer for SBA, Office of Management and Budget, New Executive Office Building, Room 10202, Washington, D.C. 20503 (OMB Control No. 3245-0201). Do not send completed forms to OMB.
- Fees and Payment (General- Non-SBA Engagements)
For non-SBA engagements, our fee is a percentage of the lender’s principal amount (also known as the promissory amount, funding amount, or financing amount), typically 10%, or as specified in your Engagement Agreement or a minimum flat fee, whichever is greater, as stated in your signed Engagement Agreement. Payment is due immediately upon your receipt of funds from the lender. You authorize MM4B to initiate an ACH debit from your designated business bank account for the full fee within 24 hours of funding. If, for any reason, MM4B’s fee cannot be included in the lender’s disbursement, you remain personally and corporately responsible for payment upon funding.
Disclaimer of Lender Responsibility
MM4B does not act as a lender, nor do we set, control, or guarantee any lender’s terms, conditions, interest rates, fees, or approval decisions. Our role is strictly limited to consultancy, loan packaging, and advocacy. Any loan agreement is solely between you and the lender. You should carefully read and understand all lender documents before signing. MM4B is not liable for any acts, omissions, or decisions of any third-party lender.
